Victoria Gauze is currently the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO for Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida, a role in which she combines her unique experience and passion for serving others to deliver better service and value. Also, she works directly with the Collier County Rural Health Network Board of Directors to ensure healthcare is accessible.
Gauze has 28 years experience in the nonprofit healthcare arena, which has afforded her with opportunities and challenges that accompany change. For the past 15 years, she has been an active advocate and volunteer for the underserved residents in Immokalee, making her a perfect fit for the board of director for the 1by1Leadership Foundation.
Gauze also served as the 2017-2018 President of the Immokalee Rotary Club, is a member of Rotary District 6960 Inaugural 2018-2019 Emerging Leaders Program, Florida Notary Public, the National Notary Association, International Association of Administrative Professionals, Florida Rural Health Association and NAACP.
