Sinclaire Williams

Sinclaire Williams has been with the 1 By 1Leadership Foundation since its inception in 2004 after earning his bachelor's degree from Southern Wesleyan University and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Thomas University.

Williams’ leadership experience has been key in helping various organizations develop an edge in production and organization efficiency while his academic background has been hugely beneficial in enabling students to develop their competency in science and mathematics. Additionally, Williams works closely with educators to write curriculums for mathematics and leadership courses.

Currently pursuing his Doctorate degree in Leadership and Organizational Change, Williams is writing a book on the role of nonprofits in rural communities.

Williams is a certified Professional Life Coach and serves in a variety of Leadership roles on several nonprofits Boards, including VP of a Statewide Board and committee, as well as several local Boards. He was the recipient of Outstanding Young Man of America award, and served as president of his local Rotary Club.
